Thursday Sport - Season 2

The Parramatta Diocese Secondary Schools Sports Council (PDSSSC) provides students with the opportunity to participate in a structured sport competition which is played between schools.

Thursday sport between participating Parramatta Diocesan schools encourages participation, sportsmanship and healthy competition.

Season 2 Sports

Netball

Hills Netball Centre, Wellgate Avenue, Kellyville
Jamison Park Netball Courts - Batt St, Penrith

Divisions

Year 7/8 Girls
Year 9/10 Girls
Year 11/12 Girls

Game duration

4 x 10 minute quarters, with a 1 minute break between quarters.

Basic Information

Players must be attired in correct uniform with appropriate netball positional bibs.
The team who scores the most goals wins the game.

Competition 1 and 2 - 2 x 20 minute halves. All games begin at 1.00pm and 1.45pm.

Basic Information

Players must be attired in correctly numbered shirts.
All players MUST wear shin pads.
The team who scores the most points wins the game.

Division 2 - 2 x 20 minute halves. The first game begins at 1.00pm. All second games commence at 1.45pm.
Division 2 - Girls 9-a-side - 2 x 12 minute halves. All games begin at 1.00pm, 1.30pm or 2.00pm.
